This one has been a long time coming. There is a lot of writing that has gone into this update. We are nearing a short novel when it comes to the amount of words, and we are only on update 0.1. A long way to go to a full release.

Best played in Quest 5.9. Update if you haven't yet!

New stuff:

• Play through day one.
• The calendar is now included in your brand new iPuter, and will be synchronized with your iClock so you get a little reminder of what you're needed to do (there is now a clue in the top right corner telling you what you are expected to work on).
• Try your hand at several different jobs within Dr. Margaret's chosen profession.
• Talk to your colleagues and discover little quirks and aspects to their characters.
• Meet your patients, now five in total.
• Hints of the darkness below...

Planned for the next few releases:

• More days of work in the clinic.
• Mixing new drugs with exciting effects, and using them.
• Working in the research section of the clinic.
• Watch your clientele expand, grow, widen, drop, sag and waddle as they come back to see you for their check-ups.
• More girls, more and bigger broods and more complications.
• A more lively clinic with nurses to ogle (and maybe even experiment on) and a lot more customers coming and going.
• Planned visit from friends we've met in other games.
