Small UI update.

While messing around today I found a way to set the game to work better on smaller and bigger screens. I have added a toggle for this in the logbook. Needs a new download and savefile to make it work. Try it out if you like me on my laptop have a smaller screen. This way we can all enjoy the game with less irritation.
