Blinky the Cleaner Bot

From here on out there may be some 18+ themes and topics. Be forewarned!

The story:

Blinky is a small robot, no taller than a coffee table, and made from only the finest reclaimed plastics. He's programmed with the latest cleaning protocols and a generally pleasant attitude. Being a cleaner bot his main job it is to keep Becca's apartment clean, and his secondary job is to make sure nothing befalls his owner as she lumbers around her apartment. The less he is seen the better, and at this point he  is unsure if Becca even knows of his existence.

The little robot's workday starts at dawn, hours before his owner even considers getting out of bed, and ends around noon (hours before she even considers getting up). However, as the days go by, the little robot starts pressing his luck, and may end up getting seen by his lazy owner and having to run and hide.

Ideas:

As usual with me this will be a quest text adventure, but this time around in spirit with the game Jam wanting us to try something new I will be creating my own art for the game fully. I will also be making a new theme song all by my lonesome.

An upgrade system is in place, giving Blinky better battery capacity and better equipment to help him make his job easier.

Just so it is out of the way: 

This is a text-adventure game that uses AI art and soundeffects to spice things up just that little bit. I have tried to get the UI down to a level where most people with a more modern sensibility would still enjoy it. I feel like the simplicity of this game genre is supremely well-suited to the exploration and storytelling experiences I want to share with my audience. Making you want to see, interact with and touch  everything just to see what may happen is one of the things I take pride in with my work. The genre also lets me tell the stories I want to tell without having the raw machinepower to do 3D renders and polygonal three dimensional worlds. I hope you guys will give it a try, and if you decide this game may not be for you, then maybe I'll see you again at a later time when I get to another project up and running.
