The set-up, map and most of the UI elements have been implemented and writing is going a little better than I first thought it would. General story is falling into place, and a lot of characters are taking shape in my head and on the page. Things are looking up a little, but moving slow.

On the other side of my output two games have been mostly finished. One about exorcisms and one having to do with life as a teacher. They can be found on here where the time comes to release them.
